Retrieve credential capabilities GET
Returns the permissions currently in effect for the authenticated credential, together with the permission catalog version, the environment, and the rate limits that apply to the credential. Any authenticated credential can call this operation; no specific permission is required. The call is read-only and does not grant or change any permissions.
